Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Expiry Date: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months for paper vouchers and 12 months for e gift cards from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep your voucher safe, as I cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. Partial Redemption: If the total value of the treatment or service is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be kept as credit, which can be used for future treatments until the voucher's expiry date.
