Please note that cancellations or reschedulings made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booking cost. Gift Voucher Policy
Thank you for choosing our gift vouchers! Please take a moment to review my policy:
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: All gift vouchers purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable, under any circumstances. Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Expiry Date: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months for paper vouchers and 12 months for e gift cards from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep your voucher safe, as I cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen.
Use of Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are redeemable for treatments or products provided by Lotus Massage, subject to availability. The voucher must be presented at the time of booking or treatment.
Partial Redemption: If the total value of the treatment or service is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be kept as credit, which can be used for future treatments until the voucher's expiry date.

Cancellation Policy FAQ
I understand that sometimes plans change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. Here’s a breakdown of my cancellation policy:
Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
No-show: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, a 100% fee will be charged.
Bookings cancelled outside of the 24-hour window: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment to a later date at no extra cost.
Special Offer Treatments: If your treatment was booked as part of a special offer, it can only be rescheduled within 3 months of the original booking date.
