Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?Yes, if you are wanting to reschedule your booking this can be done in the members app if you have joined the site or directly with me. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be charged at the full cost of the booking.

Can I track my parcel?No, we dont offer a tracking service.

Can I purchase a gift card?Yes, you can purchase paper vouchers from the shop.section of the website. Paper vouchers can be collected directly from me or I can deliver locally. E cards can be purchased from the E card sedtion in the menu and are sent directly to the recipient.

Are the products animal cruelty free?Yes, we test all of our products on ourselves and are completely against animal testing.
