SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped second class. If an order is needed urgently, please email so that we can get it to you faster. Our delivery is royal mail service which means delivery should take between 3-5 working days. We dispatch our orders the next working day from when the order was placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However if you receive an order that is damaged or that you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to sort things out. Online purchases are eligible for refunds or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. If an item is faulty, return shipping will also be refunded.

Purchase of gift cards cannot be refunded.
