Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. Here’s a breakdown of my cancellation policy: - Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will apply. - No-show: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, a 100% fee will be charged. - Bookings cancelled outside of the 24-hour window: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment to a later date at no extra cost. - Special Offer Treatments, If your treatment was booked as part of a special offer, it can only be rescheduled within 3 months of the original booking date.
